I don't think you can pass more than one URI at once to your URI
handler. At least on Windows. To open "something" using default
application, you have to call ShellExecute(), which takes one
"something" to start (one URI in this case). I don't think that Windows
will wait a bit after first ShellExecute() to see if maybe there will be
another call in a moment.

Don't assume that I'm making a race condition just because I used "I
don't think" and "at the same time" in one sentence ;)
