Show file icons in file transfer manager - version 0.2

As requested by Kev, I moved HICON conversion to new DesktopUtil tool.
Actually, I also moved there all icon retrieval code. So now you can use
DesktopUtil::getFileIcon() to get file icon.

Diff: attached.
