Yes, if explorer isn't running or crashes apps on windows need to do some
special handling to get the tray icons to work rigth.
I think that's a know Problem with the windows api, maybe trolltech didn't
code that part yet?

If that's the problem, maybe psi can work around it some way. But that's
something for a windows coder (detect explorer/shell/... (re)start and
recreate the qt trayicon instance)
