[Psi-devel] bug: tray icon missing

At least for me this is not the problem. It is not only the Tray Icon,
that is not appearing. Also the main window of Psi does not get oppened.
There is just a process "psi.exe" in the process list. I kill this
process and restart Psi and everything works fine.

Shouldn't at least Psi open his normal window if it cannot add the icon
to the system tray?
