Adium replaces the status button in the tab title with a small x
button when you hover it (see the Adium chat window here:
http://graveyard.maniacalrage.net/pics/020804_ichat_3.jpg ). It
doesn't look that big to me.

Now that I think of it, Qt tabs are way bigger. Anyways.
