It's my annual hour on a Windows PC, so I'm posting my proposal for
default changes again. Here are the changes that I propose (Windows
only):
- Set the double click docklet-style (Mirabilis style) to false. This
seems to be the standard behavior on Windows
- Set the 'Make roster a tool window' to true
Any objections on this ?

Is there a standard docklet style behavior on Unices ? If so, we can
move this option to the 'hidden' options (for which there will be a UI
in 0.12).
