[Psi-devel] Psi-0.10 packagers

As I promised long ago, for 0.10 I'm making the release tarball  
available to packagers a few days early so we can have more package  
contributions available at launch.
The tarball has been made, we're checking it's sane now, so if  
packagers interested in doing this would like to get in contact with  
me, I shall give the tarball out.

Note: this is not an excuse to get the code early and be cool, it  
might seem harmless to let the packages into repositories a bit  
early, but that's not the aim of this, it's so we can get a better  
synchronised release, so please don't :)
