[Psi-devel] [patch] File icons in Transfer Manager

I got tired and needed to write something "for fun" ;)

A patch which makes Transfer Manager display file icons. "Old" 
upload/download icons are used as overlays (so you can still see easily 
if you're sending or receiving the file).

"Of course", works only on Windows. You'll see no difference on other 
systems. I'm not planning to write support for any other system because 
I'm too stupid ;) If anyone's interested, "all" you have to do is to 
give a pixmap for a file, having its full path.
