I wonder what's the primary use case of this...
I guess it's something that will be used to debug/diagnose problems. If so,
it will typical be used will authorize as many different JIDs no single one
of them frequently?
If that's the case puting it in the account settings would seem odd to me,
maybe it can somehow be made to work as an command in the admin menu of the
account in the roaster? (I don't see a reason why a server would allow
impersonating a other user to non admins). Coding wise this might be odd,
because psi might not be prepared to get a completely different roaster and
history might look odd too.
