[Psi-devel] 0.11 qca include configure option

A quick side note on the qca dependancies.  I was setting up new build
environment for Psi, and it took us about 2 hours to find that:

qca, in crypto.prf (in win32 make sure you renamed it!), you might
have to edit the -lqca entry (see Building QCA section in
http://psi-im.org/wiki/Build_Instructions_Qt4)

If you change the qca settings anywhere, you will need to manually
delete the psi\src\makefile, otherwise the old values are 'cached'.
