[Psi-devel] JEP-0070 support

I don't remember if this was Kev or Remko saying that you treat me as
SoC student working for Psi :)
Anyway, here it comes, JEP-0070 support for Psi!

Patches:
* HTTP requests confirmation (JEP-0070) for Iris
* HTTP requests confirmation (JEP-0070) for Psi

And one more thing:
I needed to use addCorrectNS() function in httpauthmanager.cpp file.
This function appears in source code twice:
1. iris/xmpp-im/client.cpp
2. iris/xmpp-im/xmpp_tasks.cpp
as a static function.
So I thought that maybe it's a better idea to start sharing it instead
of creating a third copy, and here is the patch:
* Moved addCorrectNS() to xmpp_xmlcommon

However, if you think this is not a good idea, just don't pull this
patch and copy addCorrectNS() function to httpauthmanager.cpp instead.

Yes, it looks ugly, but it will send you valid XML :)
