[Psi-devel] GPG buffer weirdness

There's an issue in 0.10 with GPG encryption buffering,  if you type
directly after hitting enter, then the keystrokes are 'swallowed'
because the input box is disabled during the encryption phase.

This of course might be totally replaced in 0.11, but to whoever is
re-designing the encryption infrastructure, please keep in mind that
some people might start typing the next line immediately after hitting
enter.
