Longer answer:
I posted about launching the psi-jingle branch last December:

This remained somewhat neglected until this weekend when I started  
work on porting it to Qt4 and merging with the main branch.
This work was completed about 6 hours ago when I merged jingle  
support into the mainline Psi branch. I'm at this moment taking a  
break from upgrading to newer libjingle versions and trying to get  
Windows support only to type this mail. It works on both Linux and  
OSX at the moment.
