This started as a conversation with Remko about Roster Sub-Sync (Psi
won't support it because it's not a JEP - that's fine with me), so
I've started prodding the transport guys to implement rosterx [1].

Things we need to consider/chat about:

When Psi receives a rosterx message/iq, how do we present it to the user?

 - Pop up a dialog saying "msn.example.com requests addition of 12
contacts. Do you want to do this?"
 - Add an /A\ style event to the roster item, and further overload the eventdlg.
 - Is this something people want? (I've seen two people go back to MSN
this week, because "all my contact groups are gone" - a big no starter
for trying to convert people to jabber)
