Buy new glasses, or hover over the picture to get the full size in a tooltip.
The icon makes me recognize pretty fast whose chat dialog just popped up
on my desktop monitor, without having to leave my comfortable seat.
But yeah, i'll probably cave in soon and make it customizable in some
way.
