Thanks to the half-dozen offers of site hosting.  :)

DNS has been put in Kev's care temporarily and we will try to get some
or all of the site up on his account as soon as possible.

Work continues on bringing up my new server, which by now should be on
the datacenter floor.  We'll have backups restored before the end of
the week, hopefully much sooner.
