Now is that with zero warning, or is that with ZERO warning (as in a
clean shutdown versus the electric company pulled the plug)?

That's one disadvantage in outsourcing web hosting and other
infrastructure (although I see powerful reasons FOR it as well).

In a similar vein, there's a sad story in The Age (newspaper, Melbourne)

warning (link will last about 6 days).  This story also illustrates an
argument against proprietary systems (well, Jabber's in the right
business, there!)
