[Psi-devel] socks4(a) support

wow, I had no idea it was in use to any great degree if at all!  I
mean when was the last time you used Netscape v3 to browse the web?
but I understand you aren't in the position to pick and choose.  I
assume you have tried socksifying Psi (not using the internal V5 code)
and for some reason couldn't get it to work?
