I can't refrain from pointing to my reinvention of the wheel:
http://common-lisp.net/project/cl-darcs .  That is, a darcs
implementation in Common Lisp.  If CLISP runs on your platform, so
should cl-darcs.

It is currently read-only and quite immature; it can't get an initial
copy of the Psi tree, but should be able to pull new changes once
you've "bootstrapped" a tree (you are welcome to fix that bug).  If
you approach it with modest expectations, it has about equal chances
of making you happy or sad.

But it's there ;)
