[Psi-devel] [PATCH] Psi STARTTLS support with manual host or port and HTTP Connect proxy connectivity

Hello,


As you may know, I have experienced blocking difficulties with using 
STARTTLS when trying to connect at work. I've found out the problem (in 
fact, two of them - one in STARTTLS support when using manual host or 
port and another in HTTP Connect proxy connectivity) and created patches.

So here they are. ;) Recorded on current Darcs.
