[Psi-devel] [PATCH] Don't send tune title everytime WinAmp scrolls it

Hi,


As some of you may already noticed, TuneController resends tune title 
everytime WinAmp scrolls it (if the option to scroll the title on the 
taskbar button is turned on). So, here's my patch for it - it 
concatenates the tune title returned by WinAmp and looks for the 
characteristic substrings denoting the beginning and the end of the real 
title, truncates the string and returns it.

The code has been thoroughfully tested - it's a simple rewrite of my 
almost 3 year old code from WinAmp Command Line tool.
