I myself would prefer to just keep discussions on this list. I get all
Flyspray notifications in my RSS reader, which is where i like them
(because i process them more efficiently there).

Having notifications of task managers to a development list might be
interesting to start discussion about new feature requests etc.
However, we discuss new flyspray tasks on the forums/dev list before
adding them anyway, so the discussion has already been done (which
doesn't prevent people from reopening them ;-))

I don't know what other people think.
