I beg to difer.

"Do not disturb" is a state transmitted to others, reflecting an
overall status of the user. Notification windows popping out is a
different thing: That'd be saying DND but only to the user interface
(to Psi), not to the network.

I am myself confortable with the notification windows vanishing with
right-click, and with disabling them entirely in the options, and
therefore have no opinion on this feature request.
