Well that is a misfeature there.  We need to add anti-flood protection
for notifications.  If we fix that, you do not have a reason to
disable popups.

Well to be perfectly honest, this is precisely why I use DND.  I use
DND for these reasons:

- I'm really freaking busy
- I'm playing a game
- I'm watching a video
- I'm feeling particularly anti-social

So I'll switch over to DND in these cases.  And if I additionally
don't want people to know...which I can't really think of a reason why
this would matter, I'd just exit Psi.
