[Psi-devel] QtCore4.dll from Qt-4.2.1/OpenSource for Windows checksums do not match?

Definitely not. I've double checked Qt-4.2.0, 4.1.4 and 4.1.1 (which I 
had installed on disk) and all checksums were ok.
