[Psi-devel] Animated GIF.

That would be great. I think Miranda IM has similar "engine" that you
described :) It allows users to specify how the chat window looks by
using css files. It would be great to have something similar in PSI
and of course we would have animated emoticons :D
How can I help with it ?
