[Psi-devel] Proxy usage at Registering New A/C

Hey,
 It seems Psi 0.11 doesn't use the HTTP proxy while searching for servers.
To recreate...
   *for a user remove the ~/.psi directory
   *startup psi as that user.
   *When the first A/C setup box appears click on Register New A/C and
click on the drop down button for the server name box. If you are
behind a proxy, psi won't get the list and the terminal will show
"Error : Connection Refused". There is no dialog box either (which
will say "connection error".)

I came across this while trying to write a new tutorial for psi 0.11
