[Psi-Devel] inconsistent handling of null passwords

Guys,

User reported and I was able to reproduce this, lemme know if you want
me to log a bug.

The user has a jabber account with no password.  He's not able to add
that account to Psi and login.  After some testing this is what I've
found:

Psi will let you register a new account with a null password.
However, when you try to login for the first time it will prompt you
for a password, thus negating any last bit of arguable benefit of
having an account with no password in the first place.  But it doesn't
matter because if you click ok without typing anything we don't even
attempt to connect (watched the XML console) and no error is
displayed.
