[Psi-Devel] Off-the-Record messaging for Psi

Hello,


as announced earlier, I worte an Off-the-Record (OTR) messaging plugin for
Psi.

A first public version is available, now.

To use the plugin, a patch to the current development version of Psi 0.11 have
to be applied. The patch extends the plugin interface to the neccessary
features.
