[Psi-Devel] Support for transient dialog windows

Hi,

currently Psi treats all windows, including dialogs, equally, i.e. as
main windows without any connection.  This makes Psi behave bad under
ion3 and probably under other window managers, too.

The following patch set adds an option for changing this and also
changes the behavior for the set status message dialog as an example.

If this work is appreciated, I would like to add support for all the
other minor dialogs, too.  Windows that are expected to stay open
longer, e.g. options, xml console or service discovery, should probably
keep their top level window character.
