Two things I forgot to mention:

SystemInfo::timezoneOffset() used to return offset in hours, but there
are timezones with offsets like xx:30, so I changed this (and updated
all places where the value is used) to return offset in minutes. It was
easy on Windows, but I don't know how to do this on other platforms, so
- for now - I just multiplied old value by 60. Someone please take a
look at this. (systeminfo.cpp, marked with "FIX-ME").

Iris uses "timeZone" spelling, Psi - "timezone". Maybe it would be good
to agree on one spelling.
