If there would be an XMPP extension, I would do it as described there. But
currently, there is no. I don't want to write an XEP.
There are other messengers which talk OTR with whitespaces. I think it
would be good, if Psi is compatible to them.
If someday there is an XEP available, it's possible to recode the OTR parts of
Psi.
