The tricky bit in cross-compiling Psi is Qt - your easiest bet is to  
grab the Windows installer of Qt, install that somewhere somehow and  
copy it across to your linux machine - you'll then want to install  
the same version of Qt in Linux, and use the Linux binaries (qmake  
etc.) with the windows libraries. It's slightly messy but I can  
confirm that it does work.
