[Psi-devel] Psi-0.11 support for older OSes

What is the official policy regarding Psi-0.11 support for older 
operating systems?

Lately I was notified (and I was able to reproduce that on Windows 98 on 
virtual machine) that Psi-0.11 on Windows 98 behaves strangely if more 
than one account is connected at the same time. Usually, if two or more 
accounts are connected, then after a short while, Psi's UI freezes 
solid. The probability of Psi's UI becoming frozen increases if the 
accounts use different connection encryption methods (none vs. legacy 
SSL vs. TLS).
