heh, sorry.  This is part of why there's the divider line, to separate the
logic.  Adding the other items was purely gratuitous.

I have menu's disabled :-)

If we just remove the menu item from the menu bar, all problems are

What about just linking the two buttons are making so that the off-line
visible, away hidden state is impossible to create.  e.g.:
 - when the user hides away users, then Psi auto hides off-line users too.
 - when the user shows off-line users, then Psi auto shows away users too.
