I like the GTalk/Win behavior. I think we not only need to show  
offline contacts, but also display flat roster without groups (maybe  
without accounts, but it could complicate stuff a bit, if you have  
same contacts on different servers), sorted alphabetically. And Up/ 
Down arrows should move around roster while focus still stays in the  
filter text lineedit.
