[Psi-Devel] Show offline takes too long, was [Patch] ContactView Filter

Can you find out why?  I've noticed that enabling the Show Offline button
takes a good 7 seconds to add all offline jids, and less than 200ms to
remove them.  (570 users in my roster, largest group is 77, next are
46,44,30,26,etc)

Is there something silly going on, like re-sorting the roster after each
entry is added?  Can this be delayed until the entire list is populated?

(Show Offline, and the History window are the two slow operations that I
notice being too slow in Psi at the moment)
