Maybe they need help fixing it.

IMHO this should block a 0.11 release for OS X; the bug will be  
unfairly detrimental to Psi's reputation. Because Psi remains the  
lesser of jabber-client evils on OS X, I am still persevering with  
0.11b, but it keeps my frustration level on simmer.
