0.10 didn't show this problem, AFAIK.

Still very much in evidence @ v0.11-dev (May 26 2007).

For the sake of Psi's reputation, some kind of mention of the problem  
in a README might be a good idea; users (including me) won't much  
care whether it's framework or application.
