[Psi-devel] Have to run Psi as root

Hello All:

One final piece of information is that I have successfully run network
examples from the Qt code base like the ftp example. If you do
an ldd on the ftp and psi executables there are the expected differences
most notably the libqca.

I hope this helps the problem resolution effort.
