[Psi-devel] Psi loses roster window geometry

Psi could've lost its geometry settings when Psi process has ended 
prematurely, like being killed for example.

For me, Psi usually has shown up either on the location selected by 
window manager (when not using toolstrip window mode) or at top-left 
corner of the desktop, just like I've reported in my previous post.
