[Psi-devel] RC1 vs. suspend

Perhaps the server times out eventually, but as far as I can tell
once the XP system has suspended (or gone into hibernation, either one)
incoming connections aren't informed that the client isn't really
there any more.

An earlier version of PSI handled this correctly and caught
the suspend/hibernate action properly, but this behavior
vanished somewhere around .10 I believe.
