Since Psi is not detecting the suspend/hibernate, it doesn't inform
the server of the status change.  So if the user was active at the
time of the suspend/hibernate, they appear to still be active to
remote users, even though they are no longer present and their
system is not active.  Another problem is that if that system
had a higher priority than a system the local user moves to,
other users' messages will continue to try go to that (now inactive)
system (for some period of time at least), since the server still
thinks that the higher priority client is active.
