Yesterday Remko and I have been finally able to fix Psi-0.11 power event 
support (see Remko's yesterday post in "RC1 vs. suspend" thread).

Today, when I have restored my system (Psi running all the time), I have 
made an observation that Psi has reconnected itself. Good, but... I had 
disconnected manually, some time before I have hibernated my system.

Here's the mind stimula: How about an option (for example in 
Psi|Options|Advanced) that would control such a situation, i.e. whether 
user wants Psi to reconnect automatically after system resume if he had 
disconnected manually, before system suspend/hibernation?
