Indeed, due to what seems to be a nasty bug in Qt-4.3.0 on Windows,  
Psi won't compile there.

The 'fix', which I'm about to deploy on the nightlies machine, seems  
to be to change the 40 include limit to something huge (like 4000) in  
moc.prf in Qt.
