Some people might want their Psi reconnect after system resume, no 
matter whether they have disconnected manually or Psi has disconnected 
automatically due to system suspend or hibernation. In most cases I 
would like so, too; but sometimes I wouldn't.

Yes, I did. And after half an hour I hibernated my system. Few hours 
later, I resumed my system and after system login (I've set my system to 
request user authentication after system resume), Psi was already 
connected for most of my accounts.
