What are your settings for GTalk account?

The ones that work for me are (forgive me, I'm retranslating the options 
back to English):
[x] Compress transmission (if possible)  <- this one is not required
[x] Send Keep-alive packets (for NAT/masquarade delays)  <- this one 
should not be required
[x] Manually set server's host and/or port
     Hostname: [talk.google.com] Port: [443]
     Use encryption: [SSL (instead of TLS)]  <- this option changes from 
version to version, but still rather try to select SSL instead of TLS as 
it seems to work everytime
[x] Ignore SSL/TLS warnings
[*] Use old SSL port  <- this option should be disabled
[x] Allow plaintext authentication  <- and this one is important
