[Psi-devel] Patches: minor cleanup/change

hi

the following 2 small patches add/change the following:
form_title_in_dlg_subject.patch -> display the embedded data form's
title in the dialog's subject field. previously it set the window title,
but was later overridden with the jid.

muc_timestamp_datetime.patch -> display the full datetime for historical
messages (previously only the time was shown).
