I wasn't asking for a new mailinglist, I was explaining Paul why we
had a forum, and that it's not because we like it better than mailing
lists. It's just how it is.

And indeed, psi-devel can be seen as a mailinglist for user messages
as well, the line is pretty vague. It's just a bit annoying that you
have to search in two places now, and that you can't just read the
forum passively like you can with the e-mail, but apart from that,
post to whichever you like.
