I also want to add that the "transition to Qt 4" for everyone has been a 
massive effort.  It's not that hard to port from Qt 3 to Qt 4, but for 
whatever reason, projects are taking a long time in doing so.  Trolltech is 
almost up to 4.3, and I can't think of much Qt 4 software that has been 
released yet.  Even KDE 4 (for Qt 4) has been under development for years 
now, with no release.

Granted, there's more going on with Psi than just a port.  We've done a lot of 
refactoring and adding of new features.  KDE is doing the same.  Maybe 
there's something about API breakage that inspires everyone to go 
overboard. :)
